We had a great gang of runners and triathletes join us for the West Coast Open Mic (although strangely mostly from metro Detroit and Canada), topics of discussion including: future 'A' races, nutrition, training plans, avoiding injury and cross training. As always the hour flew by and before we knew the time was over.
At the table this week were:

RRT 22: Race Fueling with Chris and Anthony
Chris of the RunRunLive Podcast chats with Anthony (runbikeorswimtoday.blogspot), a race director, fire fighter and Hammer Gel sponsored triathlete and co-hosts Tim (rundervrun.blogspot.com), Coach Adam and Toni as timekeeper (drusy.blogspot.com). Peanut butter and banana sandwiches? Protein and sugar content, fluid replacement. Compete vs. complete fueling is different. Run like a diabetic. Not sure about Steve Runner's chicken strips plan for Boston PDipVid048 .
Adam Ulrey recommended an Algave Syrup gel on his lonewolf-runner blog.
