RRT49 - Team Point Two Update

RRT 48 - Marathon Mileage with Matt and Mike



Matt and Mike on Marathon Mileage. Matt, alias "Digger", is training for his first marathon, the Marine Corps Marathon, and hosts the RunDiggerRun podcast. Mike is an ultra-marathoner, aka "DirtDawg", host of the the DirtDawg's Rambling Diatribe Podcast. The topic was sparked by discussion on www.therunninglaminator.blogspot.com. Chris Russell from the RunRunLive podcast, Matt from the DumpRunnersClub podcast, Joe Garland of the RunWestchester blog, and Eddie from his blog EddieMarathon joined the discussion too, before Talkshoe froze out other callers.

For the novice or experienced marathoner, this episode has gems of insight, whatever your pace, experience or motivation.

John Callos, author of Iron Ambition, describes how he transformed himself from an over-weight, out-of-shape CEO into an Ironman. After achieving that goal, he's now just finished an Ultraman! This guy is driven, and uses his experience and philosophy to motivate executives to achive their goals.
